My Prayer-Poem for the 46th Day of Lent, Holy Saturday, 3 April 2021

The Triduum (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday) can be observed in three parts: remember, stay, rejoice. This is the third of the three poems.


Rejoice


This is the night,
the night above all nights.
Here is the light,
the dayspring from on high.
Remembering, being with You,
has changed me.
Death defeated,
JOY!
