My Prayer-Poem for the 30th Day of Lent, Thursday 18 March 2021

Reversal of the Day


Today I am moved (quite profoundly) to say
that our life in the Spirit reverses the day;
the sun moves from east to the west without falter;
from the west door we move from the font to the altar!
